Set within 8 hectares of woodland, our campsite offers spacious pitches for tents, campervans, caravans and motorhomes.
For your holiday in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, choose between two types of camping pitches: Confort pitches, approximately 80 to 115 m², and Premium pitches, approximately 115 to 150 m².
With over 8,000 trees, including pines, spruces and larches, all our spacious pitches blend naturally into the forest and offer plenty of shade. Mostly arranged on terraces, they follow the natural contours of the land, each with its own unique charm. Here, you won’t find standardised plots or straight rows of hedges: every pitch is different, allowing you to enjoy the true pleasure of camping in the heart of nature. Don’t forget your hammock!
Bordered by the Ubaye River, the Rioclar stream and its small lake, our campsite near Barcelonnette is the perfect place to relax and escape from everyday life. Our pitch packages
Whether you’re travelling with a tent, campervan, caravan or motorhome, Camping Rioclar offers two types of pitches: Confort (80–115 m²) and Premium (115–150 m²), so you can make the most of your holiday in the Ubaye Valley.
The basic package for a Confort or Premium pitch includes:
- Space for 1 or 2 persons
- 1 vehicle (car or motorcycle)
- 1 tent or 1 caravan or 1 camper

Good-quality washroom facilities are essential for a relaxing camping holiday. At Camping Rioclar, we pay particular attention to the comfort, cleanliness and maintenance of our sanitary facilities.
Our 4-star campsite has three washroom blocks, spread across the 8-hectare grounds, making them easily accessible from the different camping areas.
Showers, washbasins, toilets and dishwashing areas are available to campers throughout their stay. Our team regularly cleans and maintains the facilities, paying particular attention to cleanliness throughout the season.
